HISTORY OF FORMATION & DEVELOPMENT

2002

Established with the name of Dong Tien Trading Investment Advisory Services Co., Ltd.
Main operation field is real estate brokerage and distribution.

2007

Hung Thinh Real Estate Business Investment Joint Stock Company (Hung Thinh Corp).
Expand business lines with the strategy of proactively developing real estate projects in many segments, serving the diverse demands of the market.

2008

Dong Tien Trading Investment Advisory Services Co., Ltd was renamed into Dong Tien Investment Joint Stock Company.

2011

Dong Tien Investment Joint Stock Company was renamed into Hung Thinh Real Estate Exchange Joint Stock Company - a member of Hung Thinh Corp.
As a member company accompanying the development activities of real estate projects with Hung Thinh Corp.

2017-2018

Hung Thinh Real Estate Exchange Joint Stock Company was renamed into Hung Thinh Land Joint Stock Company.
Establish PropertyX Joint Stock Company specializing in real estate marketing and distribution.

2019

Hung Thinh Real Estate Business Investment Joint Stock Company was renamed into Hung Thinh Corporation Joint Stock Company (Hung Thinh Corporation). The Corporation made all efforts to comprehensively restructure Hung Thinh Land.
Hung Thinh Land was officially transferred the entire segment of real estate investment, business and development from Hung Thinh Corporation.

2020

Hung Thinh Land is currently the second largest residential real estate developer in Vietnam with 4% of the market share of residential real estate from 2016 to the first half of 2020 (according to VCBS).

Overcoming the general impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, Hung Thinh Land has developed and introduced to the market more than 4,500 products belong to 10 projects in 2020.

The total value of sales in 2020 of Hung Thinh Land is more than VND 13,000 billion, increasing 15% compared to 2019.

2021

Hung Thinh Land constantly provides customers with the most abundant and diverse products in the market in the mid-high-end segment with: residential real estate accounts for 60% and resort real estate accounts for 40%.

In 2021, Hung Thinh Land achieved impressive sales results with nearly 5,100 products, equivalent to a total contract value of nearly 16,000 billion VND, an increase of more than 14% compared to 2020.
